I’m thinking of writing a cold email for a job I’m interested in and I’m dreading it. Any ideas for what I can say to keep their attention?

Any tips for someone trying to date in a new country? I recently moved here solo, so I know few people. I downloaded a couple of dating apps to try to break out of my bubble but have no idea where to start with writing my profile.
